These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between you and Psylief Technologies Private Limited governing your use of the Drape app and website (“Drape”, the “Service”). Please also read our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy, which form part of these Terms.
1. Acceptance & eligibility
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you use Drape on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
2. The Service
Drape lets you upload a photo of fabric, choose a garment, and generate an AI-rendered image of how that look might appear, on you or on a model. Generated images are AI-created visualisations and are illustrative only — they are approximations and may not accurately represent real colours, textures, fit, drape or the finished garment.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at sadana@psylief.com if you suspect unauthorised use. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
4. Credits, pricing & payments
- The Service runs on credits: 1 credit = 1 generated try-on image. New users receive 3 free credits on signup.
- Pay-as-you-go: ₹5 per image plus 18% GST (₹5.90 per image inclusive).
- Subscriptions: optional monthly/annual plans that include a set number of images per cycle, plus applicable GST. Plan details and prices are shown in the app and on our website and may change from time to time.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay. All charges are in Indian Rupees and include 18% GST; a receipt is generated for each charge.
- Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Acceptable use
You agree that you will not:
- upload fabric or photos you do not own or have the necessary rights and permissions to use;
- upload a photo of any other person without their explicit consent;
- upload or generate content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, obscene, sexually explicit, hateful, or that depicts minors;
- use the Service to impersonate, harass, deceive or harm others;
- attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, overload, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its underlying systems.
You are solely responsible for the content you upload and generate, and for how you use the results.
6. Intellectual property & your content
The Drape app, website, branding and software are owned by Psylief Technologies Private Limited and protected by law. You retain ownership of the fabric and photos you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process and transmit that content (including to our AI provider) solely to operate and provide the Service to you. Subject to these Terms, you may use the try-on images you generate for your personal purposes.
7. AI disclaimer
Try-on results are produced by an automated AI model and may contain inaccuracies or artefacts. They should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any purchase, manufacturing or other decision. We do not warrant that results will match real garments or fabrics.
8. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties including Google (Firebase/Cloud and the Gemini AI model) and Razorpay. Your use of those services through Drape may also be subject to their respective terms and policies.
9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Psylief Technologies Private Limited will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, and our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have that cannot be waived under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable law.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Psylief Technologies Private Limited and its officers, employees and partners from any claims, damages or expenses arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.
11. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service unlawfully or in a way that harms Drape or other users. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., payment obligations, IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive.
12. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
13. Grievance redressal & contact
For complaints or questions, contact our Grievance Officer at sadana@psylief.com. We acknowledge grievances within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within the timelines prescribed under applicable law.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
