Refund & Cancellation Policy

Privacy Terms Refunds

This Policy explains refunds and cancellations for purchases made on Drape, operated by Psylief Technologies Private Limited. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.

1. Nature of what you buy

Drape sells digital credits (and subscriptions that grant credits). 1 credit = 1 AI-generated try-on image. Credits are delivered to your account instantly and are consumed the moment you generate an image. Because these are digital goods delivered immediately, refunds are limited as set out below.

No refunds after 7 days. We do not offer any refund after 7 days from your first payment. After this 7-day window, all purchases — including credits and subscription charges — are final and non-refundable.

2. Within 7 days of your first payment

During the 7-day window following your first payment, we may consider a refund only in genuine cases such as:

  • you were charged but the corresponding credits were not added to your account;
  • you were charged more than once for the same purchase (duplicate transaction);
  • a technical failure on our side prevented an image from being generated and no credit was consumed.

Approved refunds in these cases are issued for the affected amount. Refund requests outside the 7-day window will not be entertained.

3. What is non-refundable

  • Consumed credits and any try-on images already generated — the service has been rendered.
  • Dissatisfaction with an AI result. As noted in our Terms, generated images are AI-created and illustrative; an outcome you don’t like is not, by itself, grounds for a refund.
  • Free credits granted on signup or promotionally (these carry no monetary value).
  • Any purchase once 7 days have passed since your first payment.

4. Subscriptions & cancellation

  • You can cancel a subscription at any time to stop future renewals. Cancellation stops the next billing cycle; your remaining benefits continue until the end of the current paid period.
  • We do not provide pro-rata or partial refunds for the unused portion of a current billing period.
  • The 7-day no-refund rule in Section 1 applies to subscription payments as well.

5. How to request a refund

Email sadana@psylief.com from your registered email address within the eligible window, including your order ID / payment ID and a short description of the issue. We acknowledge requests within 48 hours.

6. How approved refunds are paid

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method through our payment gateway, Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days of approval. The time for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider. Any GST component is handled in accordance with applicable law.

For refund queries or complaints, contact our Grievance Officer at sadana@psylief.com. Disputes are subject to our Terms & Conditions, governed by Indian law with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.
